On schools and business dealings

Schools are underfunded in the United States that is beyond argument.  Some schools are trying to counteract their lack of funds from the state with supplemental funding from investments and bonds and the like.  This article here talks about how that may be coming to a close as the IRS is looking into the status of schools and their business dealings.
